Anne Plymale is the only member of the 2nd generation of Plymales that we have a specific copy of their penmanship. She wrote a note to the county clerk of Patrick County, Virginia requesting a marriage license. In this note she states. "Sir, please grant this license between me and Joseph Elliott and you will oblige your friend Anney Plymale 8/13/92."
