0-1-3-8-2 William Edward Plymale was born December 28th, 1868.  He married Anna Artrip on February 2nd, 1887.  She was a sister to Nancy Artrip who was 0-1-3-1-6 John Plymale grant's wife.   

For many years they lived at the mouth of Buffalo Creek, Ceredo District in Wayne County, West Virginia.  He owned a home and operated a grocery store with his father until about 1905.  Eventually he left to work in a steel mill in Portsmouth, Ohio.

He is buried in the Ward cemetery.  His wife Anna Artrip died in 1958 and is buried in Docks Creek cemetery.
