0-1-3-3-1 John Plymale Malcolm was born in
Wayne County, West Virginia on May 28th, 1843. On February 8th, 1864 he married
0-1-6-9 Rebecca Plymale. They were first cousins. He
was a farmer, lumberman, and took an active part in the Buffalo Valley Baptist Church
which was founded in 1850 by his uncle (and father-in-law) 0-1-6 Anthony Plymale.
On June 19th, 1907 Rebecca died.
Later that year 0-1-3-3-1 John Plymale Malcolm married a widow named
Alice Prichard who already had one child by her first husband.
0-1-3-3-1 John Plymale Malcolm died May 25th, 1916.
They are all three buried in the 0-1-6 Anthony
Plymale cemetery.
