| 0-1-3-19-4 Eugene Plymale was born on a farm
in Wayne County, West Virginia on August 15th, 1883. In 1907 he
married Mary Louise Hensley.
Eugene worked for the N & W Railway for many years. He started
as a clerk, and then became a freight agent, and then a locomotive engineer.
Eventually bad health force him to retire in 1948.
He then became a candidate for Assessor in Wayne County, West Virginia
and was elected for a six year term. 0-1-3-19-4 Eugene Plymale died while holding
this position on May 2nd, 1951.
