Deed To Sarah Fuller

This deed made this 26th day of July, 1882, by and between Anthony Plymale, party of the first part and Sarah Fuller of the second part, all of the County of Wayne and the State of West Virginia, witnesseth that the party of the first part for and in consideration of one thousand dollars ($1,000.) to me in hand paid the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the party of the first part has this day, give, granted and sold the following described tract or parcel of land lying and being in Wayne County on twelvepole consisting of what is known as the John Toney farm and part of the James Clay farm, containing one hundred (100) acres more or less, bounded and described as follows: description omitted......... unto the said Sarah Fuller during her natural life time and after her death to the heirs of her body by James Fuller, and the heirs of which she may be shortly delivered. This conveyance is made on compliance with an agreement bearing even date herewith.
